Designing a brochure or flyer can feel overwhelming - figuring out what goes where and how to make it look right takes time and effort. That’s where we come in. We can help create a brochure or flyer tailored to your content, styled to match your branding, and designed to fit your business needs perfectly.
Think of it as your brand at a glance - beautiful, eye-catching, and made to leave a lasting impression.
We offer 2 different design options:
Our first option is a print ready PDF design file. This is an industry standard file which we will make sure is 100% perfect for you to print from. This option is for you if you want to trust the professionals.
If you prefer to be able to edit your design once it has been designed, then we can create a Canva template. It is fully editable, and suits you if you are confident with tech and want to have the flexibility to edit your design as needed.

Print ready pdf: We will design using professional design software and give you the print ready artwork to either print with lss or your chosen printer.
Canva File: You’ll receive your artwork as a Canva file, which is optimised for the design program Canva. This allows you to make unlimited copies and customisations to your design.
OUR DESIGN PROCESS
OUR DESIGN PROCESS
- Once you make your purchase, we will email you within two business days with a toolkit and a form or two to fill in. This is where you can share your inspo pics or ideas if you have any! Please make sure to check you spam folder.
- Once we receive your returned documents we will send these off to our design team for the magic to happen.
- Where required, we will be in touch for feedback and approval of your designs which we will then perfect and finalise.
- When ready, we will send you your digital files via WeTransfer.
*Please note that these files will be deleted in four weeks, from the time we forward you the link to download. It is your responsibility to ensure that your files are downloaded before this time as a resend will result in an additional admin fee. All files are delivered via email within two business days of completion of your design package.

Please note the below is a guide only. Some orders may take longer depending on order size and busy periods. These times DO NOT include shipping or design time.
Selecting express shipping will NOT speed up the below time frames.
Premade Products + Customer Supplied Custom Orders:
- Standard Vinyl Label Packs - up to 4 business days
- Specialty Vinyl Label Packs (including foiling, specialty vinyl, white ink) - up to 7 business days
- Card orders - up to 8 business days
- Scratchies - 10 business days
Custom orders - Please allow up to 1 business days for proof/order confirmation to be emailed to you. Please refer below to printing timeframes.
Custom Design: This will be advised to you during time of ordering.

If you are in a bind and need your order quicker than our regular turnaround times, we are now offering our PRIORITY SERVICE.
Our priority service can be used on both LABEL PRINT and DESIGN orders. We HIGHLY recommend you let us know your ideal dispatch date so we can aim to work towards it, or let you know if any issues.
