What's the difference spotgloss and spotmatte to raised 3d printing?
Spotgloss and spotmatte involve adding a clear layer of ink to your design, where as this option will make your design more 3D.
Things to keep in mind when designing for raised 3d print:
- Make sure any elements you want to print as raised are vector.
- Raised 3d print can be any colour, including black, white or clear also!
- Yes, you can easily do black on black, or white on white etc.
- Yes, you can include foiling or spotgloss on the same label as the 3d print.
- Yes, it would work on thinner elements or text. However for the most dramatic look we would recommend choosing elements that are larger, thicker to make it a real stand out.
