Hi, we are Jes + Cynthia
THE BOSS LADIES
We have been working together since around 2015. Jes had a product based business, and Cynthia had a small design and print business. As they worked together on Jes' business, they saw how much need there was in the small business community for affordable design, and short run printing.
In 2017 Jes jumped on a plane to go and meet Cynthia in real life after working together for 2 years online - and that is where the LSS adventure began!
Jes spends most of her time helping where it is needed each day, talking to customers, as well as working with Kellie and Alyssa on the website, new products and steering the ship that is LSS.
Cynthia spends her time deep in artwork mode, running the prepress team, and helping Kellie a little bit with design!

I work in customer service at LSS, helping you find the best branding solutions from our wide range of products and services. Whether it’s choosing the right finishes, handling sales and invoicing, or answering any questions along the way, I’m here to help make the process smooth and fun!
I also love crafting the perfect wording for labels, packaging, and websites - so if you need copywriting support, I'm here to help!

Originally from Sydney, I now call Hawaii home—thanks to a holiday that turned into a love story. I've been with the LSS family for 5 years and counting - and I love it!
Phil
THE PRINTER MAN
Phil has a pretty cool job - aside from being Jes's dad ;) and keeping the grand kiddos entertained when they come to work, he is the main man and runs the print production and operations at LSS HQ!
Most days you can find him running around like a crazy person, operating our 8+ machines and keeping the printing on track. He also does a LOT of fixing up of artwork, colour management and gets on the packing table too! Your order may just get printed and packed by the man himself!
Phil has been in the industry for over 40 years and has seen a lot of change and advances in the printing world but he still likes to apply his old school skills to the incredible new technology that we have today.
While Phil can sometimes run around like a crazy person, he brings so much skill, hard work and passion to LSS. It really wouldn't be LSS without him and it is what makes LSS truly unique.
Aydan
LEARNING THE ROPES
Aydan is our newest member to the team, well.. kind of! If you didn't notice, Aydan is Cynthia's eldest son so he has been around the business since it started and knows a fair bit about it!
Aydan has recently moved to Sydney to join the family business and we couldn't be more excited for him! Phil is in the process of teaching him all he needs to know to help him in the print side of LSS. He also helps pack all your orders to get them out to you!
Aydan is a very busy kid attending Macquarie University and building quite the social life!
Hey guys, I'm Kellie
HEAD DESIGNER
I'm the head designer here at LSS! If you've ever had a logo, label or website design at LSS you've most likely chatted to me! I've been working at LSS for 5 years now (time flies!) and I absolutely LOVE it! We have grown so much as a business, a team, personally (& professionally) and I couldn't be prouder to work along side the incredible dream team we have.
While I love getting creative, one of the best parts about this job (or the LSS lifestyle I like to say) is being able to help businesses (you guys!) at all stages especially from the absolute start and watch you flourish, grow and have US a part of your journey! And YES, we notice how far each of you come and how much you are growing!
Aside from custom client design and all that goes with it - I also work closely with Jes and Alyssa on our own website, socials, marketing plans, and all the other behind the scene fun stuff that goes into running a business!
Alyssa,
MARKETING & BTS ALL ROUNDER
Alyssa does a bit of everything around here and is actually Kellie's twin sister! She works closely with Jes to bring new product launches to you guys and our premade label ranges.
She also creates all of our amazing emails (if you are not signed up to our email list, you should be) as well as running our social medias and working on all our other marketing plans.
Alyssa also love to illustrate, so every now and then she will help out the design team on logo designs.
Yiscah
ILLUSTRATION QUEEN
Yiscah is our illustrator with a dedicated passion for creating beautiful things! We have worked with her over the past 8 years on illustration projects. If you are looking at one of of illustrated logos - she will likely be bringing your vision to life!
Yiscah also runs her own studio called Yiscah's Pencil Box (look her up on Instagram!)
