Sometimes you may need a little extra help with getting your files print ready, so we have a list of services to help!
PS. All of the below are artwork pending. Whilst we will always do our best to edit or make your design print ready. Sometimes we will suggest a redesign is necessary.

Bleed edit
If your artwork does not have bleed and you are having difficulty adding bleed, our team can do this for you.
$10 per artwork
Add vector logo to design
If you are wanting foiling, but you just can't figure out how to add a vector logo to your design, we can do this for you at the charge of $10 per artwork
Pantone Lookup
If you would like your files colour corrected when printing. Please supply us with a Pantone colour (please make sure it ends in C or CP). Please make sure you select these colours from a physical swatch book.
If you don't have access to a physical swatch book, you can send us a sample of the colour you like (for example, a previous label, or a paint swatch) and we will help you to match it to the closest pantone colour.

Product Measuring Service
If you aren't sure of the label size you require, did you know you can send it to us and we can measure it for you? We will let you know a couple of options and even show you a mockup.

White ink/Foil/Spotgloss setup fee
Fee for editing artwork for specialty printing is a one off fee per artwork. When you reorder a file (if it has been ordered and set up before) please make note and let us know of the order number and we can look up the job and collect the file.

Unusual Shape charge
For those times when you would like an unusual shape, we can print it for you, without the huge setup costs of other printers. This fee will be charged if the shape is anything but a square, rectangle, oval or circle.
We just charge a $15 edit fee.
Tip - make sure your artwork is vector!
Background colour edit
You may want to change your background from white to black, or add a kraft look background in. In most cases this charge is $20 per artwork.
Design Mockup
When working with our design team, and you are struggling to visualise the design, ask our team and we may be able to provide a mockup to show you a more realistic idea of what it looks like
Proof Edits
We send a FREE proof for all orders. Should you supply new artwork after files have already been set up, there may be a $10 per artwork fee to reset up the file and re-proof.
Artwork check
Do you have the know how and creativity to design your product labels yourself (either using Canva or design software) but you just want to make sure they are perfectly aligned? If you are wanting our designers to give your artwork the once over and let you know of any issues then this package is for you!
Design Check
Have you designed your own labels yet not sure if they hit the mark? Need a fresh, expert perspective or a second opinion? Send us your design, and we’ll give it a thorough assessment, providing you with detailed feedback and actionable tips to elevate your label design to professional standards.
