These guys went above and beyond. I had a billion questions, both technical and not, and without any sign of frustration, they answered them all and guided me through some frustrating vector formatting for my labels.

The labels came and they came crisp. A high foil quality than some big sticker companies that I won't name. A beautiful matte vinyl finish. Also, it's a given for vector files, but a very, very crisp font and logo print.

You'd have to be a bit silly not to partner with them.

I found Long Story Short right at the start when my business was only a dream. I sent through MANY orders that were simply samples for me to try and play with. They never once got frustrated with me or treated me any different to their big clients because I was doing one off orders of 20.

To this day, I am still often only ordering min numbers because I am just not a capacity to spend more. Every time I think I send a file off without fault, but there is one, the team are so helpful in assisting me. I have had to call an SOS after I tried another locally labelling company, and they saved the day.

Absolutely amazing labels! I think I have done around 10 orders with the LSS team and the quality is amazing every time! Bonus is the small minimum orders. As a growing small business this has been so beneficial to be able to get top quality labels without a massive financial outlay. Turn around is so quick too, especially if you're like me and like to do things last minute.

Don't be nervous! We all know the fear of wondering if our labels will be how we imagined. LSS are incredibly responsive and intuitive about how to make your labels perfect. The team are so personal and take the stress out of every step of the process! Try a sample pack- it's a clever way to see how a variety of label finishes can be used.

LSS is pretty much a one stop shop for a small business. Not only do they offer amazing printing services with multiple vinyl options, they also have design services to help with creating the perfect label or website etc. I recently used LSS (Kelly) to help create my Zodiac Candle Label and I was blown away. The first session she absolutely nailed it and I couldn’t be happier! We printed them on the Frost Vinyl which is like nothing else I’ve seen on the market. The labels stand out and look beautiful.
