How your package works
Order your package
After you purchase your package, start gathering inspiration. Pinterest and Instagram are great places to start — save anything that captures the style, mood, or aesthetic you're going for. The clearer your vision, the better we can tune in and create something you love. Not sure where to start? Just reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
Your briefing docs
The most important step — your briefing documents arrive within 24 hours of purchase via email. Take your time filling them out and share as much detail and inspiration as you can. The more we know, the better the outcome. Send them back via email with your inspo pics and we'll take it from there. Once submitted, we will collate it and send it to our design team.
The design process
One of our designers (Kellie or Cynthia) will review your brief and inspiration, and get to work. Starting with the logo (and then working down the list one item at a time to minimise any overwhelm!) you will have an opportunity to give feedback, tell us what you love (or don't!). We will go through this process item by item. Once each item is finalised we will move onto the next item in the package.
At the end of the process you will receive a final proof to make sure everything is correct before it goes to print.
Your complete package
Once you have approved your Canva designs, we will send you all of your files in Canva.
From here, you can create new variations and have 2 weeks to send us your final files for us to complete the printing portion of the package.
Once you send these to us, we will send you a final proof to approve before sending to print!

Is this package right for my business?
This package is built for our home fragrance and body care businesses — this includes those who sell candles, aromatherapy, reed diffusers, melts, room sprays, body butters and similar. It is not suitable for skincare or food businesses — please view our other packages as we have a specific package for you.
Can I add more label designs or print quantities?
Yes — additional label designs, variations and print quantities can all be added on. Get in touch and we'll put together a custom quote for you. Alternatively, you can view our other Home Fragrance packages which include more labels and inclusions.
What if I want Canva-editable files?
That's fine! We have an option available as an add-on. You can order by selecting this option and adding to your cart at the top of the page or mention to the tea when emailing us.
How long does the package take?
Timelines vary depending on revision rounds and your responsiveness. If it is something time sensitive, please let our team know.
