The Best Seller Package includes:

A 30 minute discovery call with one of our team to establish your goals, and get to the gnitty gritty of your brand. Specialty Vinyl + Foiling on Clear -This option includes all our extra special Vinyls. These include but are not limited to: Foiling on Clear, Hammered Gold, Gold Leaf, Holographic. Branding is SO important! And at the heart of branding is a beautiful logo. We see a logo as the best investment for the future of your business. Why? Well, if you have an amazing logo, it paves the way for everything you you may need: labels, website design, flyers, pricelists, signage. When you have the correct files, and a high quality logo - the process becomes much easier. 

The Short Story Logo Design Package

Otherwise known as our digital logo package. This usually includes a wordmark logo, meaning text only. But never fear, this logo type doesn't need to be boring! We can still do a lot using fonts and your business name!

The Flex Logo Design Package

This design package gives you a little more flexibility, and is our most popular option. If you want to add a small illustration, line drawing or icon, or if you want a monogram then this is the option for you. We can also include hand lettering if your heart so desires. We work with three amazing illustrators who each have their own unique style. This logo package gives you the flexibility to bring your brand to life. 

The Bespoke Illustrated Logo Design Package

If you are wanting something a little bit more, with an illustrated image then this is the package for you. This includes your business name, as well as an illustration to suit your needs.

  • Up to four rounds of revisions

We also offer 20% off any additional printing you would like to add to your package. This is valid for 30 days after completion of your package. Not valid with other promotions.


How do our packages work?
Once you purchase one of our packages, we will email you within 2 business days with a toolkit and a form or two to fill in. 


+ We work on a 4 business day turnaround for printing from the time you accept the final proof. However if your job requires manually cutting, white ink or specialty vinyl this timeframe could be extended by a day or two. 

+ All turnaround time stated above DOES NOT include postage time. Please note that we have NO CONTROL over the postage turnaround time. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

+ All digital files will be sent via WeTransfer and will be deleted in 4 weeks from the time we forward you the link to download. Ensure that files are downloaded before as a resend will result in an additional admin fee.

Please note the below is a guide only. Some orders may take longer depending on order size and busy periods. These times DO NOT include shipping or design time.

Selecting express shipping will NOT speed up the below time frames.

Premade Products + Customer Supplied Custom Orders:

  • Standard Vinyl Label Packs - up to 4 business days
  • Specialty Vinyl Label Packs (including foiling, specialty vinyl, white ink) - up to 7 business days
  • Card orders - up to 8 business days
  • Scratchies - 10 business days

Custom orders - Please allow up to 1 business days for proof/order confirmation to be emailed to you. Please refer below to printing timeframes.

Custom Design: This will be advised to you during time of ordering.

If you are in a bind and need your order quicker than our regular turnaround times, we are now offering our PRIORITY SERVICE.

Our priority service can be used on both LABEL PRINT and DESIGN orders. We HIGHLY recommend you let us know your ideal dispatch date so we can aim to work towards it, or let you know if any issues.
