So what actually is it?
UV DTF (Direct to Film) is a printing process that uses UV-cured inks to create vibrant, scratch-resistant stickers for hard surfaces like glass, metal, ceramics, and plastic. As the design is printed, UV light instantly hardens the ink, which creates a tough, long-wearing finish that holds up super well.
Unlike traditional labels, UV DTF stickers don't need a paper or vinyl backing sheet sitting behind the design elements. Instead, the design is applied with adhesive (no heat required) directly on the surface, giving it a sleek, printed-directly-on look.
