The Process Our awesome customer service team will be in touch via email within 2 business days (the one you provide during checkout) of purchase to gather any info they need (they'll ask for things things like your brand colours, any fonts you would like to use, if you have any inspo ect). Turn Around Time Please allow our design team up to 7 business days (this excludes weekends & public holidays) to create your designs for you. We will pop you through an email when we are done with some more info and your files

Once your order has been printed & packed your order will be shipped EXPRESSED via Australia Post or courier for a flat rate fee of $10.
