What does this package include?

Design

+ Label design with PDF file for the number of products you select (note: if you are a skincare brand, and you have 3 products, please choose 3. If you are a Candle maker and you have three products: Candle, Room diffuser, Room spray etc - please choose 3 products also. Candle makers can have up to 5 variations per product)

+ Xmas themed Double sided business card OR thank you card design with PDF file to MATCH your Christmassy labels!

+ Your logo made specifically into Instagram and Facebook profile images with an Xmas twist

+ Facebook banner design to stay on brand

+ 3 x Christmassy social media squares (a template to streamline your feed) which you can add your own text to on Canva

Printing

Your choice of vinyl type

50 x each of the labels you have had designed (up to 100mm in size) in your choice of vinyl

+ 50 x Eco Matte logo labels 30mm  to match your xmas theme

+ 50 x Eco Matte thankyou labels 40mm to match your xmas theme

+ 250 x business cards printed on 350gsm matte coated artboard OR A6 thank you cards printed on uncoated artboard

The Process:

  1. Once you make your purchase, we will email you within two business days with a toolkit and a form or two to fill in
  2. Once we receive your returned documents we will begin work! *happy dance*
  3. Where required, we will be in touch for feedback and approval of your designs and print proofs via email
  4. When completed, we will send you your digital files via WeTransfer and send off your approved printed items to print.

    Please note that digital files will be deleted in four weeks, from the time we forward you the link to download. It is your responsibility to ensure that your files are downloaded before this time as a resend will result in an additional admin fee. 
    All files are delivered via email within two business days of completion of your design package. 

Other important information:

  • Although we will strive to have all your package inclusions to your within 4  weeks, delayed responses to our drafts, numerous edits (etc.) can extend out the timeframe
  • All files are delivered via email within 2 business days of completion of your design package
  • For printing please allow additional time for processing, printing, and postage
  • Timeframes may be extended during busy periods. If you need your order by a certain date we welcome you to email us with your deadline and we will do our best to oblige. Please note however that this is not always possible.


Terms and Conditions

+ For this package we will require a vector file of your logo. We recommend checking with us first that your logo file will work, before purchase of this package.

+ No substitutions of products in this package.

+ Full brief must be provided before commencement of designwork. 

+ Once design is started, regardless of how far into the process, no refunds will be given on cancellation of jobs.

PRE-MADE PRODUCTS:
+ Standard Vinyl Label Packs - up to 4 business days
+ Specialty Vinyl Label Packs (including foiling, specialty vinyl, white ink) - up to 5 business days
+ Card orders - up to 8 business days

** please note the below is a guide only and do not include postage or design time. These times can be extended during busy periods or if your order is large in size. **

CUSTOM DESIGN + PRINTING: This will be advised to you during time of ordering.

PRINTING ONLY (design supplied): Please allow up to 2 business days for proof/order confirmation to be emailed to you. Please refer below to printing timeframes.

+ Specialty Vinyl Label Printing (including foiling, specialty vinyl, white ink) - 5 business days. 
+ Swing Tags - up to 7 business days
+ Card orders (postcards, business cards, care cards) - up to 7 business days
+ Scratchies - 10 business days

Once your order has been printed & packed your order will be shipped EXPRESSED via Australia Post or courier for a flat rate fee of $10.
